A one night deposit is required with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.

If cancellation is received prior to 8 days from arrival date, 50% of final payment (less deposit) will be refunded. No money is refunded less than 8 days prior to arrival. If suite can be re-booked, all money will be refunded.

Renter Guidelines/Conditions

• Number of occupants should not exceed the maximum number of people specific in our contract.
• Our booking are limited to "Family Bookings" or bookings to mature/responsible adult groups.
• NO PETS allowed.
• Both units are NON SMOKING.
• CHECK IN time is normally not before 4 PM, if the home is ready, an earlier check in will be possible.
• CHECK OUT time is 11 AM. We have to enforce the check out time in order to have time to prepare the home for arriving guests.
• As occupants, you are responsible for damage or disappearance of furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items in the home (normal wear and tear expected).
• Free long distance in Canada/US.
• There is no maid service provided during your stay other than after your departure.
• Washer/dryer and laundry detergent provided.
